Clear Protection for Clean Water

Water is the lifeblood of healthy people and healthy economies. We have a duty to protect it. That’s why EPA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers released a Clean Water Rule to protect critical streams and wetlands that are currently vulnerable to pollution and destruction. One in 3 Americans currently get their drinking water from sources lacking clear protection from pollution, so this rule protects waters that science shows have the greatest impact on downstream water quality.
