In this Catch, clean and cook Brook and I got on an Epic shallow water snapper bite. We anchored up in 10ft of water on a reef in fort Lauderdale and began chumming with old bait, as I cleaned out my deep freezer. The Snapper bite was on with nonstop action from quality size mangrove snapper all afternoon and night long. I made Snapper Fish gyros with homemade tzatziki sauce, an easy tasty recipe. I show how to clean and fillet the snapper as well.
