The Seabin Project is a rubbish bin floating on the water around yacht clubs, docks, commercial ports, and marinas. It is able to capture extra debris that gets stuck around these areas. Using a strong, submersible pump with water displacement capabilities of 25,000 LPH (plugged into a 22V outlet), it quickly suctions debris, pumping the water back out into the marina. The pumps also have the capability of capturing a small percentage of pollutants and oils floating on the surface of the water. Seabin began with a humble crowdfunding campaign and has now grown into an international movement.
